1. Free Lagos Delivery Threshold
All orders exceeding ₦200,000 automatically qualify for 100% complimentary standard delivery within Lagos State.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-Wear: Available for instant dispatch. No 72-hour tailoring wait. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM in Lagos receive instant same-day delivery.
Made-to-Order: Cut and hand-tailored on demand. Requires 72 hours (3 working days) production timeline prior to dispatch. (For large quantities, production timeline may exceed 72 hours.)

3. Studio Pickup Collection Guidelines
When selecting "In-Store Lagos Studio Pickup" at checkout:
- Ready-to-Wear items: Available for instant same-day collection once confirmed.
- Made-to-Order garments: Steamed and packaged in our luxury garment bag after 72 hours (3 working days) tailoring window.
You will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Lagos flagship studio.
Returns, Exchanges & Alterations Policy
1. Complimentary Alteration Guarantee (Lagos)
Because exceptional tailoring demands an impeccable fit, all Made-to-Order garments purchased on our website qualify for one round of complimentary fitting alterations (such as waist tapering, sleeve adjustments, or trouser hemming).
You may request an alteration within 14 days of receipt directly through your Client Portal or by bringing the item to our Lagos studio.
2. Made-to-Order Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange a Made-to-Order item for a different size or style:
- The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by all original brand tags and garment bags.
- Store credit or exchanges are processed within 48 hours of inspection at our Lagos studio.
3. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Terms
Because bespoke garments are handcrafted exclusively to your individual anatomy, bespoke commissions cannot be canceled or refunded once textile cutting has commenced.

By accessing krabe.store, booking an appointment, or commissioning a garment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Krabe Kollection operates as a registered fashion design and retail enterprise under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on the storefront are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN, ₦) and include applicable statutory VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices for upcoming releases without prior notification.
3. Intellectual Property
All garment designs, lookbook campaign imagery, embroidery patterns, and brand typography are the exclusive intellectual property of Krabe Kollection. Unauthorized commercial reproduction of our bespoke silhouettes is strictly prohibited.

Compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA / NDPR).
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal identity data (Name, Email, WhatsApp number, Delivery Address) and private anatomical measurement data necessary to fulfill bespoke commissions and dispatch deliveries.
2. Measurement Vault Confidentiality
Your body measurements stored within your account portal are strictly confidential and encrypted. They are accessed exclusively by our master pattern-makers for cutting your garments and are never shared with external third parties.
3. Payment Security
Krabe Kollection does not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers. All financial transactions are tokenized and processed through Paystack Payments Limited, certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.
