Bespoke Frequently Asked Questions

Standard production turnaround is 10 to 14 days from measurement confirmation and deposit payment. For urgent events, rush timelines (3–5 days) can be accommodated subject to master tailor approval on WhatsApp.
A 50% deposit is required before pattern drafting and fabric cutting commence. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon fitting approval or before final delivery/collection.
Yes! We regularly craft bespoke garments for clients in the UK, US, Canada, and across Africa. We conduct measurement consultations via WhatsApp video and ship via DHL Express directly to your door.
